Former prime minister Dr Keith Rowley says he will respond outside of Parliament if Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar “slanders” him within the Chamber.
Rowley made his position clear in a response yesterday via WhatsApp to the Sunday Express’ request for comment on the warning issued to CNC3 television on Friday by the Telecommunications Authority of Trinidad and Tobago (TATT).
Rowley later also posted his comments on Facebook.
