ONE day after two men and a toddler were killed and the child's mother injured on Thursday, gunmen struck again in Belmont on Friday, injuring a 16-year-old boy.
Police said that around 2.15 p.m. the boy, of Waterman Lane, Belmont, was standing near to the St Francois Valley Road Housing Development Corporation apartments when a grey-coloured Toyota Aqua stopped near him.
According to police, one of the occupants of the vehicle opened fire, hitting the teen. The vehicle then drove off.
