A Port-of-Spain man was arrested on Thursday afternoon, after returning a stolen chain to its owner moments after he snatched it off her neck.

Police said the woman was walking on Charlotte Street around 5.10 pm, when a man approached, snatched her chain, and ran.

The woman chased after him while calling the police on her cellphone.
