A Port of Spain man was ar­rest­ed on Thurs­day af­ter­noon af­ter re­turn­ing a stolen chain to its own­er.

Po­lice said the woman was walk­ing on Char­lotte Street at around 5:10 pm, when a man ap­proached, snatched her chain, and ran.

The woman chased him while call­ing the po­lice.
