Twenty-five years ago, Hemant Sieunarine witnessed the death of a pedestrian, who attempted to cross the Uriah Butler Highway and was struck by a vehicle.
On Monday, this became his fate, as the 41-year-old was fatally struck while trying to return to his Bamboo Settlement No. 3 home.
Sieunarine was hit by a van, as he crossed the highway from west to east, in the vicinity of Bick’s Hardware.
