THE man killed in a confrontation with law enforcement following a violent home invasion in Barataria last Thursday has been identified as 24-year-old Abraham Callender.

Callender was said to be from Main Street in Beetham Gardens.

Police said he was “known” to law enforcement, having been linked to a police-involved shooting in Port of Spain in September, as well as a home invasion incident in 2021.
