Corentyne woman succumbs one week after car toppled into trench

(Kaieteur News) – Twenty-four-year-old Reanna Ramkissoon of Letter Kenny, Corentyne, succumbed to injuries she sustained in a vehicular accident at Auchlyne Village, Corentyne, last week.

Kaieteur News understands that Ramkissoon died a week after the vehicle in which she was travelling toppled into a trench on September 14, reportedly after the driver, her husband, attempted to avoid a donkey that was on the roadway.

Police reports confirmed that her husband, Richard Gobin of Stanleytown, New Amsterdam, was driving motorcar PYY 6384, owned by Elvin Tullakarnum of East Canje, at the time of the accident.
