(Kaieteur News) – An Angoy’s Avenue family is mourning the tragic loss of a 77-year-old pensioner who died on Monday following a three-vehicle collision at Mahaicony, East Coast Demerara, while he was being transported to Georgetown for medical treatment.
Dead is Balram Ramnarine, of Lot 2 Angoy’s Avenue, New Amsterdam, Berbice.
Ramnarine was travelling in a car driven by his grandson-in-law, 39-year-old Sheik Mohamed, when the vehicle collided with a motor lorry on the Farm Public Road, Mahaicony, shortly after 10:00am.
