A school security guard was tied up and robbed in the early hours of Friday at the Arima Centenary Government Primary School, police reported.
Investigators said the incident occurred around 1:30 a.m. when three armed men forced their way into the school’s guard booth. The suspects pointed firearms at the guard, ordering him to lie on the floor, before tying him up with his shoelaces.
The thieves made off with the guard’s wallet, bank cards, a Samsung S20 cell phone, and cash, before stealing his white Kia Rio which contained an iPad Air and additional cash.
