Woman robbed of $40,000 cash in PoS

A St Madeline woman was robbed of $40,000 in cash on Wednesday night in Port-of-Spain.

The 44-year-old victim reportedly got into a car which had been parked along the St James Taxi Stand, Hart Street, around 11 pm.

Following this, a man got into the car on the left rear passenger side and as the woman indicated she was getting out, the suspect snatched her bag and ran out the vehicle.
