A 47-year-old cashier lost her vehicle in a robbery last evening in Barrackpore.
Police reported that at 8.10 p.m., the woman was sitting in her white Nissan B-14 near Lakhan’s Bar on Papourie Road when two masked men approached her. Both wore dark clothing and black balaclavas.
One suspect announced a robbery and pulled Persad from the driver’s seat. The men then drove off in her vehicle.
