He said the AtĀtorĀney GenĀerĀal will deĀcide whether or not to apĀpeal the deĀciĀsion at the Privy CounĀcil.
On TuesĀday, the court disĀmissed an apĀpeal from the OfĀfice of the AtĀtorĀney GenĀerĀal chalĀlengĀing a deĀciĀsion by High Court Judge DevinĀdra RamĀperĀsad to upĀhold RamĀbarĀranās case and orĀder over $5.47 milĀlion in comĀpenĀsaĀtion in 2022.
