ForĀmer CenĀtral Bank GovĀerĀnor Jwala RamĀbarĀran has again emerged vicĀtoĀriĀous in his leĀgal batĀtle over beĀing wrongĀfulĀly disĀmissed by the GovĀernĀment in DeĀcemĀber 2015.
DeĀlivĀerĀing a judgĀment a short while ago, ApĀpelĀlate Judges Nolan Bereaux, Mark MoĀhammed, and PeĀter RaĀjkuĀmar disĀmissed an apĀpeal from the OfĀfice of the AtĀtorĀney GenĀerĀal chalĀlengĀing a deĀciĀsion by High Court Judge DevinĀdra RamĀperĀsad to upĀhold RamĀbarĀran's case and orĀder over $5.47 milĀlion in comĀpenĀsaĀtion in 2022.
