Thirty-four-year-old Ryan Singh, also called “Satan”, of Parika, East Bank Essequibo (EBE), was charged and remanded to prison in connection with the dumping of 10 AK-47 rifles.
Singh appeared before Magistrate Alisha George at the Leonora Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, where the charge was read to him. He pleaded not guilty and was remanded to prison until July 10, 2026.
So far, Antonio Alonzo Lawrie, 33; Gregory Persaud, 21; both of Farm Village, East Bank Demerara (EBD); and 33-year-old Stephen Rajah, a taxi driver of Back Street, Goed Fortuin Village, West Bank Demerara (WBD), have all been charged in connection with the discovery.
