Final suspect in Berbice AK-47 bust remanded to prison

(Kaieteur News) The Guyana Police Force (GPF) has captured the last remaining suspect in connection with the discovery of ten AK-47 rifles in Berbice.
In a release on Thursday, police confirmed that Ryan Singh, called ‘Satan’, 34, has been charged with conspiracy to commit a felony, contrary to Section 33 of the Criminal Law (Offences) Act, Chapter 8:01.
Singh, a labourer of Parika, East Bank Essequibo, was one of four wanted men in connection with the alleged unlicensed possession of ten AK-47 rifles, discovered at East Coast Berbice.
