A 35-year-old woman was left traumatised after being robbed at gunpoint outside her home late Monday night. The suspects made off with her vehicle and personal belongings.
According to police, the victim, of Barataria, had just parked her blue Nissan Note (PEJ 3383) along Second Avenue around 10:38 p.m, when she was approached by two men after stepping out to retrieve documents from the front passenger seat.
One of the suspects, described as being of African descent, slim build, approximately 5 feet 4 inches tall, with a low-cut hairstyle, had a gun. He demanded “Way de keys for the vehicle.”
