Shopkeeper Tricia Ramsumair, 52, considers the United National Congress’ (UNC) Government’s performance in its first year as a continuation of the People National Movement’s (PNM).
She described both administrations as “standstill and without any progression”. She said she did not know if other communities were seeing changes, but “the drains want cleaning, the roads have bush. People are complaining that they have no work and no food. I do not know if this Government is working for other people, but as for me it is not”.
