FROM Gasparillo to Chaguanas, the proposed reopening of the former Petrotrin Pointe-a-Pierre oil refinery has been met with favour by businesses and residents, hoping for a resurgence in trade and energy to inject economic life into the areas.
The Sunday Express on Friday sought the views of residents on some of the promises made by the United National Congress (UNC) during its pre-election campaign and on taking office last month.
