Her recently declared love for acting Venezuela president Delcy Rodriguez was reciprocated yesterday, signalling a major diplomatic reset between the neighbouring countries.
Persad-Bissessar met Rodriguez at the Permanent Mission of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela to the United Nations in New York, USA, on the sidelines of the 81st Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
