The father of Joshua Samaroo has strongly rejected the criminal allegations laid against Kaia Sealy, describing the claims by police as “a lie” after the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service announced that warrants had been issued for Sealy’s arrest in connection with the January 20 shooting incident in St Augustine.
Speaking after learning of the charges, Christopher Samaroo said he did not believe the version of events being advanced by investigators.
“It's a lie by the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service!” he declared.
