Arrest warrants for manslaughter and shooting to harm police officers have been issued for Kaia Sealy in connection with the January incident that left her common-law husband Joshua Samaroo dead.
Investigators acted on the advice of the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions after a “comprehensive and thorough investigation” was conducted into the incident, the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) said in a news release last evening.
