A late-night home invasion on Wednesday, left two residents of Pranz Gardens assaulted and robbed of valuables.
Around 11:45 p.m., the first victim arrived at her home in a black Kia Sportage. She was immediately confronted by three suspects, one armed with a firearm and another with a cutlass. The gunman demanded money and forced the homeowner to unlock the door of the residence.
Once inside, the suspects encountered a second resident and assaulted him with several gun butts to his head and face, tying his hands behind his back. The intruders then ransacked the home, stealing cellphones, cash, gold jewelry, vehicle keys, and alcohol.
