The ArchÂdioÂcese of Port-of-Spain yesÂterÂday said it was not goÂing to comÂment on a lawÂsuit brought against it by five men, as the matÂter is now beÂfore the courts.
In a meÂdia reÂlease, the archÂdioÂcese said that while it acÂknowlÂedged the meÂdia reÂports conÂcernÂing St DoÂminic’s Home, beÂcause the matÂter is sub juÂdice, it was not goÂing to comÂment.

HowÂevÂer, as the isÂsue is curÂrentÂly beÂfore the courts, we are unÂable to proÂvide furÂther comÂment at this time. We reÂmain conÂfiÂdent in the juÂdiÂcial process to bring clarÂiÂty and jusÂtice,” the reÂlease said.
