DurÂing a virÂtuÂal hearÂing, High Court Judge CarÂol GobÂin deÂclined to give case manÂageÂment diÂrecÂtions unÂtil a forÂmer emÂployÂee of the home, named as a deÂfenÂdant, is propÂerÂly served with court docÂuÂments.
“I canÂnot proÂceed unÂtil he is served,” GobÂin said.
