Trinidad and Tobago is moving in the right direction after a decade of “damage and disorder” under the former People’s National Movement (PNM) administration, says Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar.

Persad-Bissessar was responding to questions from the Express yesterday about the IMF’s conclusion of its 2026 Article IV consultation with Trinidad and Tobago.
