Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar and Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Chief Secretary Farley Augustine held a five-hour-long meeting to discuss a wide range of issues impacting the sister isle, including Tobago’s autonomy.
A release from the Trinidad and Tobago Government Communications, posted on social media yesterday, stated that the meeting took place on Tuesday, but not the location.
Also in attendance were Public Utilities Minister Barry Padarath, who is the Leader of Government Business in the House of Representatives, and THA Leader of Assembly Business Zorisha Hackett.
