Alleged 6 Gang leader Shakyl O’Neil, also known as “Shak,” is among five people named in the latest Preventive Detention Orders (PDOs) published in the Trinidad and Tobago Gazette.
The Gazette published detention orders for O’Neil, Andre Villafana, Stephan Alexander, Blossom Keisha Caesar and Alva Daly.
The orders, signed by Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander on various dates, set out the intelligence used to justify the detentions.
