Sev­er­al men ac­cused of in­volve­ment in vi­o­lent home in­va­sion gangs across Cen­tral and South Trinidad, have been de­tained un­der Pre­ven­ta­tive De­ten­tion Or­ders (PDOs) is­sued un­der the Emer­gency Pow­ers Reg­u­la­tions, 2026.

Among them are O’Neal Neemar, al­so known as “Dougla” and “Oneal Williams;” Je­re­my Joseph, al­so known as “Lal;” and Nathaniel Ramirez, al­so known as “Tam Tam;” all of whom au­thor­i­ties say are mem­bers of an un­named or­gan­ised crime group op­er­at­ing in Cen­tral Trinidad.

Ac­cord­ing to the de­ten­tion or­ders, the group has ac­cess to firearms and am­mu­ni­tion and has been en­gaged in a spate of armed and vi­o­lent home in­va­sions across Cen­tral Trinidad.
