Several men accused of involvement in violent home invasion gangs across Central and South Trinidad, have been detained under Preventative Detention Orders (PDOs) issued under the Emergency Powers Regulations, 2026.
Among them are O’Neal Neemar, also known as “Dougla” and “Oneal Williams;” Jeremy Joseph, also known as “Lal;” and Nathaniel Ramirez, also known as “Tam Tam;” all of whom authorities say are members of an unnamed organised crime group operating in Central Trinidad.
According to the detention orders, the group has access to firearms and ammunition and has been engaged in a spate of armed and violent home invasions across Central Trinidad.
