Fifteen people have been placed under Preventive Detention Orders (PDOs) under the Emergency Powers Regulations, 2026, with the Government citing alleged links to organised crime, gang activity, firearm offences, violent crimes and vehicle theft networks.
The detention orders, issued by Minister of Homeland Security Roger Alexander between March 16 and July 20, were published as Legal Notices Nos 561 to 575.
