The Trinidad and To­ba­go Me­te­o­ro­log­i­cal Ser­vice has is­sued an­oth­er Yel­low Lev­el Alert warn­ing of an in­creased like­li­hood of ad­verse weath­er con­di­tions over the next 24 hours. A high (80%) chance of in­ter­mit­tent rain­fall of vary­ing in­ten­si­ties and iso­lat­ed thun­der­storms is fore­cast over Trinidad, par­tic­u­lar­ly af­fect­ing south­ern and cen­tral ar­eas.

These re­gions have al­ready ex­pe­ri­enced sat­u­ra­tion due to re­cent rain­fall.

To­ba­go is ex­pect­ed to see a medi­um (60%) chance of iso­lat­ed heavy show­ers or thun­der­storms. How­ev­er, the pres­ence of high­er con­cen­tra­tions of Sa­ha­ran dust is ex­pect­ed to lim­it wide­spread rain­fall ac­tiv­i­ty on the is­land.
