Chaguanas police are investigating a robbery that occurred on Tuesday afternoon along Narsaloo Ramaya Road, Endeavour.
According to reports, around 1:45 p.m., a 71-year-old retiree was driving her Honda Vezel northbound when a white station wagon (PDN 1047) collided with the rear of her vehicle, forcing her to stop. The rear-seat passenger of the other vehicle then placed his hands on the victim’s neck, announced a robbery, and demanded her valuables.
The woman was relieved of a gold bracelet valued at $5,000, a purse containing $500 cash, and her driver’s permit and ID card. The suspect then fled.
