A 23-year-old woman was robbed Friday afternoon along Sapphire Drive, Diamond Vale, in an incident involving a silver wagon and two suspects.
At around 2 p.m. the victim was approached from behind by a silver wagon, partial registration PDL, which stopped beside her. The vehicle was driven by a woman, believed to be in her forties, with a man described as East Indian, in his early forties, about 5 ft 7 in, light brown complexion, with black hair tied in a ponytail and wearing long jeans and a red jersey. The man exited the rear seat and announced a hold-up.
he had his hand wrapped in the red jersey, leading the victim to fear he was concealing a weapon. In fear for her life, she complied with his demands.
