Kaieteur News-Police on Saturday captured a suspect wanted in connection with the murder of a man whose body was found stuffed in a barrel at the Le Repentir Cemetery last Christmas night (December 25, 2025).
The suspect identified as Kevin Lawson called “Baby” and also known as Edgar Lawson, 33 was nabbed by police during a cordon and search exercise between 18:30 and 19:30 hrs. at Bougainvillea Park, Farm, East Bank Demerara (EBD).
Lawson was among two men who remained at large for the murder of 39-year-old Levi Williams called “Vamperous” at Charlotte Street, Bourda, Georgetown.
