Acting Prime Minister Jearlean John said yesterday she has “deep concerns” about the state of the Trinidad and Tobago Defence Force facilities.
John joined Defence Minister Wayne Sturge and UDeCOTT chairman Shankar Bidaisee on a tour of Defence Force facilities at Chaguaramas yesterday.
In a telephone interview with the Express, John said the visit formed part of Government’s review of national infrastructure and ongoing efforts to strengthen border security.
