TWO women were assaulted during a home invasion in Sangre Grande early yesterday morning.

According to police reports, at about 11.35 p.m. on Thursday, the home of the victims was secured and three women living there, aged 19, 21 and 25, went to bed.

At approximately 12.40 a.m. yesterday, the 19-year-old was awoken by knocking sounds at the front and back doors.
