Two men were wounded during a violent robbery at an apartment in Non-Pariel Estate, Sangre Grande, on Monday morning.

Around 8a.m., one of the victims was inside his apartment when he heard banging at his front door. Upon opening, he was shot in the groin.

Two masked men dressed in dark clothing, one with a shotgun, entered the apartment and stole a Samsung cellphone and $700 in cash.
