Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar yesterday presented an export licence for the Studley Park Quarry to Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Chief Secretary Farley Augustine.
She also committed to working towards delivering autonomy for Tobago.
The Prime Minister was speaking at a special sitting of the THA Legislature yesterday in Scarborough.
