ONLY 27% of Trinidad and Tobago’s population receives a 24/7 supply of water, according to the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA).
The State agency yesterday issued a release in response to recent public discourse surrounding both historical and current levels of 24/7 pipe-borne water service coverage in the country.
WASA stated the release of this data was part of its commitment to transparency and to ensuring the public is accurately informed.
