ONE day after the firing of Central Bank Governor Dr Alvin Hilaire, WASA has announced the replacement of its former CEO of six months, Keithroy Halliday.
A statement from the board of the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) yesterday advised that Halliday had been fired, with Jeevan Joseph assuming the role of acting chief executive officer.
Halliday , who has now hinted at legal action against the Government, said yesterday that he will speak further on his firing at the appropriate time . When asked by the Express if legal action will be taken against his former employers, stated: “You do the math.”
