Police are searching for three men who broke into a Belle Garden home early Wednesday morning and stole jewellery and cash valued at more than $80,000.
Around 4 a.m., the homeowner and a female companion were awakened by a loud noise and saw three masked men standing in the doorway of a bedroom on the northern side of the house.
One of the intruders was described as short, slim, and of African descent, wearing a camouflage jacket and long pants. The second was tall and medium-built, dressed in a black long-sleeved jersey and pants, and armed with a cutlass. The third was also slim-built and dressed in black.
