Four people were tied up and robbed during a violent early-morning home invasion at Ramnarine Gopaul Drive, North Trace, Tableland, on Tuesday.
Police said the incident occurred around 1:34 a.m., when two self-employed doubles vendors and their three workers were downstairs in the kitchen area of their two-storey home preparing food for the day ahead.
Three men, all dressed in dark clothing, wearing ski masks and black gloves, entered the ground floor by sliding open a gate on the side of the building. One was armed with a gun and the other two with knives.
