A Penal housewife was slapped and robbed at gunpoint by three armed men who stormed her home on Tuesday morning before fleeing in a getaway vehicle.

Police said that around 10 a.m. the 40-year-old woman was standing at the kitchen door on the side of her partially fenced, four-bedroom concrete house on Napalia Trace, Clarke Road, Penal, when three armed men ran through her yard pointing firearms and announcing a robbery.
