Police are investigating an early-morning armed robbery at the NP Quick Shoppe along Royal Road, San Fernando, in which gunmen stole nearly $10,000 in cash and bottles of premium liquor.
Around 2 a.m. a customer service representative was sweeping the front area of the shop when she was accosted by two gunmen.
The men ordered her to open the security door leading to the cashier’s booth. Once inside, they demanded money from the register. One suspect took $9,650 in cash, while the other grabbed two bottles of Hennessy valued at $695.
