The Licensing Office on Wrightson Road in Port of Spain was forced to close early yesterday after a technical glitch disrupted operations.
Although the chaotic lines seen on Monday did not again materialise, several members of the public visiting the office had to be turned away due to the system issue.
In a telephone interview with the Express yesterday, Transport and Civil Aviation Minister Eli Zakour stated the system was down for less than six minutes and that operations quickly resumed thereafter.
