Motorists continued to endure long waits and mounting frustrations as they queued for hours—some from the night before—outside the licensing office in San Fernando to conduct vehicle inspections and complete mandatory paperwork to make their vehicles roadworthy.
Social media videos captured motorists who had begun queuing shortly after midnight, and by early yesterday morning, long lines of vehicles stretched along nearby roads as they awaited the office’s opening with the hopes of being served and acquiring their documentation before midday.
