DOZENS of people experienced delays in renewing their driver’s licences and other vehicle transactions after the data service provider for the Licensing offices in Trinidad and Tobago went down for hours yesterday morning.
In a brief text message to the Express yesterday, Transport and Civil Aviation Minister Eli Zakour said that “our data centre service provider experienced technical difficulties which had since been addressed.”
“Normal operations resumed nationwide around 11 a.m.,” he said.
