Two men were arrested after police allegedly found ammunition and suspected house-breaking implements during an anti-crime exercise in the Central Division early Tuesday.
The arrests were made during Operation R.E.S.O.L.U.T.E., which was conducted between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. by officers of the Central Division Task Force – Area South.
According to the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service, officers responded to intelligence at around 2.30 a.m. concerning a white Nissan AD Wagon displaying two different registration numbers. The vehicle had reportedly crashed into a drain along Balchan Street, Union Village, Couva.
