Three men have been arrested after allegedly attempting to obtain more than $41,000 worth of sausages by posing as representatives of a supermarket.
Police arrested two Freeport men, aged 20 and 24, and a 31-year-old Caparo man in connection with the investigation.
According to a Trinidad and Tobago Police Service media release, a company representative reported the incident at the Erin Police Station at around 8.30 p.m. on Thursday.
