Police are investigating the theft of $30,000 in cash from a roti vendor’s home on Divali afternoon.
Investigators said the 51-year-old woman was at her Second Avenue, Oropune Gardens home at around 5:20 pm when three bandits jumped over the back wall of the property.
One of the men, who was armed with a gun, ordered her to lie on the floor of her living room and demanded the money from her roti sales.
