A 51-year-old woman was robbed at gunpoint at her Oropune Gardens home on Monday afternoon.
Police said the victim was in the garage of her home around 5:20 p.m. when three masked men jumped over her back wall from the western side of the property. One of the intruders was armed with a firearm.
The men announced a robbery and ordered her into her living room, instructing her to lie on the floor while demanding the day’s earnings from her roti sales. Out of fear, she directed them to a drawer in her bedroom.
